Available fulfilment depends on the product, the customer location and any applicable firearms/licensing requirements. The options shown at checkout are not a substitute for the legal authority required to possess or receive a controlled item.

Firearms

• Pistol sales through this website are restricted to Northern Ireland arrangements.
• Other firearm sales are restricted to UK arrangements.
• Where a firearm is transferred to another registered firearms dealer rather than collected from Recce NI, the Recce NI dealer-transfer fee is £30 unless a different charge is clearly agreed before the order is completed.
• Recce NI may request or record Firearm Certificate details as part of the controlled-product checkout and fulfilment process.

Rifle dispatch

Where rifle shipping is available, Recce NI’s current rifle shipping charge is £30 within the United Kingdom. Any applicable dealer-transfer charge and any fee charged by the receiving dealer are dealt with separately. Dispatch is subject to the necessary certificate, dealer and lawful-fulfilment checks; the applicable charges and route will be confirmed before dispatch.

Collection

Do not make a special journey until Recce NI has confirmed that the item is ready and that the required licensing/identity checks can be completed. Collection is subject to the requirements applying to the particular item and certificate.

Collection and transfer opening hours: Wednesday and Thursday 10:00am–8:00pm; Friday 10:00am–6:00pm. Collections and dealer transfers can also be arranged in advance for Monday, Tuesday or Saturday. Please contact sales@recceni.co.uk, or telephone 028 9543 0170 during opening hours, before travelling.

Dealer transfer

If transfer to another registered dealer is available for the item, Recce NI will confirm the receiving dealer details and the handover process before dispatch. The receiving dealer may charge their own fee separately.

Other products

Standard UK delivery for eligible physical non-firearm products is £7.50 per shipping package. Local collection is available where offered. Product-specific restrictions may apply, and the delivery options for your order will be confirmed at checkout. Contact Recce NI if you need clarification before ordering.
